This update includes
- Log in more easily and quickly: just like your customers, when you are not logged in to Backyou and you click from your e-mails. Backyou will pre-fill your username and ask you to log in using a 6-digit code.
- RGPD compliance: It's even easier with Backyou, by activating the anonymisation of the data of your customers who have not been active for 3 years.
- Identify the source of your requests: Backyou now displays the name of the source form in the list of your files as well as in data extractions.
- Services and equipment : Addition of the "Electric vehicle charging points" service.
- Check your due dates after closure: it is now possible to change the status of a due date to "To be paid" even after a schedule has been closed.
