Summer is here (well, almost) and Backyou is bringing you some major improvements to its meeting spaces calendar! Here's what's changing from next Wednesday:
Display customisation and optimisation
- Hiding elements: products, empty rooms and times of day can be hidden for a clearer display tailored to your teams' needs
- Capacity display: space capacity will be visible directly in the space name.
- Extended booking blocks: bookings covering several periods (morning, lunchtime and evening) will be displayed in the form of continuous blocks. Files will also be differentiated according to their status by coloured backgrounds for greater legibility.
- Display of additional products: additional products will now be displayed in the calendar with their quantity.

- Flexible views: you can choose a monthly, weekly, 5-day or daily view and filter by folder status.

- Optimised PDF export: after customising the display, the view will be reflected in the PDF export, with a layout optimised for printing.
