Optional products
You've always wanted to offer your customers additional services. This is now possible in Backyou, directly from the quotation form and for each product.
How do we do this?
To activate this option, access the new actions menu on each product line of the quote by clicking on the button to the left of the product name. Then choose "Make optional":
Once this has been done, a new label appears on the product line. You now have the option of whether or not to include your "Optional" product in your quote. You will quickly notice that the total amount of the line is greyed out and is not included in the quote totals.
From their personal space, and particularly when requesting a booking, your client can choose the optional products to be included in the quote. You are then invited to accept or refuse their request.
As a bonus, we've tidied up the 'Settings' section a bit.
Navigation through the settings has been improved for a more intuitive experience when consulting the various tabs and sub-tabs.
