# 11 march: Backyou optimises connectivity with Mews!

### A reminder of the new products published in February

- Global discounts sent,
- Send additional products by consumption date,
- Separate creation of client and company profiles,
- Products can be mapped to the Mews accounting code *(in particular to optimise package synchronisation)*,
- Automatic association of the booker (= client profile),
- The time limit for sending data has been extended from 12 to 24 months.

### 1. **Sending the file segmentation**

We've added the option of sending the segmentation associated with the file to Mews.

To do this, a new pre-configuration is available in the '**Connectivity settings**' tab, enabling you to associate the Backyou <> Mews segments:

### 2. **Sending notes**

From next week, the Backyou file note will be transferred to Mews **only for files with accommodation**.

Modifying the note will create a new note in Mews, in order to keep an history in the PMS.
