A reminder of the new products published in February
- Global discounts sent,
- Send additional products by consumption date,
- Separate creation of client and company profiles,
- Products can be mapped to the Mews accounting code (in particular to optimise package synchronisation),
- Automatic association of the booker (= client profile),
- The time limit for sending data has been extended from 12 to 24 months.
1. Sending the file segmentation
We've added the option of sending the segmentation associated with the file to Mews.
To do this, a new pre-configuration is available in the 'Connectivity settings' tab, enabling you to associate the Backyou <> Mews segments:
2. Sending notes
From next week, the Backyou file note will be transferred to Mews only for files with accommodation.
Modifying the note will create a new note in Mews, in order to keep an history in the PMS.
