Following the problems experienced by our supplier OVH this morning and the impact this has had on your experience, we would like to apologize once again for the inconvenience caused.
Our daily objective is obviously to anticipate all possible problems, even when they are very difficult to foresee as they were this morning. You can be sure that we will do everything in our power to avoid this type of incident in the future.
In order to return to a satisfactory level of performance for everyone, we will be putting Backyou under maintenance tomorrow, Wednesday, between 6:30 am CET and 8:30 am CET.
