10 april: Backyou continues to optimise connectivity with Opera Cloud!

Sending payments

From next Wednesday, you'll be able to send payments from Backyou to Opera Cloud!

1. Configuration

First, you need to complete the mapping of Backyou <> Opera Cloud payment types, from the "Connectivity settings" pane (located in the Hostings section).

1. If you want to enable payments to be sent to the PMS, tick "Enables the amount of instalments paid to be transferred to the PMS".
2. Fill in the corresponding payment types, and select a default type.
3. Select the corresponding "Cashier" (mandatory field to be able to send the payment to Opera Cloud).

2. Sending payments

Once you have transferred your file to the PMS, you can send a payment from the payment schedule ("Manage payments") :

Here is the information that will be transferred to Opera Cloud, in the "Deposit / Cancellation" section:

• Date Description
• Amount
• Payment method
• Cashier

Please note: payments cannot be cancelled.
