# 10 april: Backyou continues to optimise connectivity with Opera Cloud!

## Sending payments

From next Wednesday, you'll be able to send payments from Backyou to Opera Cloud!

### 1. Configuration

First, you need to complete the mapping of Backyou <> Opera Cloud payment types, from the "Connectivity settings" pane (*located in the Hostings section*).

1. If you want to enable payments to be sent to the PMS, tick "**Enables the amount of instalments paid to be transferred to the PMS**".
2. Fill in the corresponding payment types, and select a default type.
3. Select the corresponding "**Cashier**" (*mandatory field to be able to send the payment to Opera Cloud*).

### 2. Sending payments

Once you have transferred your file to the PMS, you can send a payment from the payment schedule ("Manage payments") :

Here is the information that will be transferred to Opera Cloud, in the "Deposit / Cancellation" section:

- Date Description
- Amount
- Payment method
- Cashier

Please note: payments cannot be cancelled.
