Redesign of the transfer interface
As the key interface for synchronising your quotes with your PMS, this is an important step. We've gone to great lengths to provide you with a smoother, easier-to-read interface and improved synchronisation tracking.
- Enhanced user experience: at a glance, check availability on the dates of your stay (indication in the event of overbooking).
- Sending status display: check the synchronisation status for each product. Hover over to display the date and time of synchronisation, or details of the error message if applicable.
- More precise error management: any errors encountered will be displayed clearly and precisely in a specific window, so that you can make the necessary corrections. Several labels to guide you through the type of error encountered (PMS or Settings Backyou).
What's new with MEWS?
As far as integration with Mews is concerned, we have added two new features:- Sending global discounts: You can now send global discounts to Mews. Simply create a "Discount" product within an additional service and map it to the corresponding product in Backyou.
This allows you, for example, to offer free meals while keeping accurate track of your stock in the PMS.
- Sending additional products by consumption date: When sending additional products such as catering or meeting rooms, we now create a separate order for each consumption date.
For example, if a customer books three dinners on three different dates, three separate orders will be created in Mews for each consumption date. This approach ensures better organisation of your orders and more accurate management of your inventory.
Coming in February on Mews...
- Separate creation of customer and company profiles,
- Products can be mapped to the Mews accounting code (to optimise package synchronisation, for example).
